Terms and conditions of use


All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.


We accept all of the following types of payment:

- Credit / Debit Card,

- Cash Payments,

- Paypal,

- Bank Transfer,


Furniture are covered under warranty from the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of order and covers manufacturing defects.



After placing an order, we do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of order.

According to distance selling regulation, the customer is responsible to pay for returns, minimum of £100 and a price depends of the returned item and location.

If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, must make them available to us when we collect them on the date we will agree with you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and you must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please ensure that the goods are maintained in a saleable condition and their original packaging. Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed.

We will collect the goods and then refund the cost of the items ordered within 30 days of cancellation.

If you do not comply with your obligations above , we will not agree to the refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur ( for example : wasted collection journeys or goods you have damaged or lost ).


If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as it is in the same condition and packaging originally supplied. Returns must be sent by recorded post. We cannot refund the postage cost.


We reserved the rights not to accept an order if :

- Your payments was not authorized,

- You have not completed with our terms and conditions of sale,

- We do not have the stock to fulfill the order,

- We are unable to delivered the products to your area,

- The item was incorrectly priced or described on the website,

If an order is cancelled by A&M FURNITURE LTD , any payments made to us will be refund within 30 days of the cancellation.



Any complaints must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the delivery. To reduce costs to minimum, complaint does not include replacement of the whole item. Will be replacement only damaged parts. Buyer is obliged to send photos of damaged parts by post or email to us, containing a detailed description of the part which is subject to exchange. Exact description of the damaged parts will allow us to speed taking into consideration the complaint.

Furniture that do not fit in the entrance to your home or on the stairs because of the size ( furniture are delivered in flat pack ) are not subject to complaint or refund. Please, check that with our customers service.

A&M FURNITURE LTD is not responsible for damages that result from the use of other than A&M FURNITURE LTD delivery service. Any damage sustained during delivery cannot be the subject of the complaint.

All ex-display are not the issue to complaint.


Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. We will be unable to resolve the issue, provide a replacement or refund after this time.


The information that you provide is used to process and send your order. We also use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

A&M FURNITURE LTD does not sell or share your name, address, phone number or any other personal information with any other.
